She openly shares her journey as someone who is single by choice, child-free and drawn to solo travel, alongside content focused on nutrition, style, balance and wellbeing. Inspired by her heritage and travels, Jacqui creates nourishing, flavour-led recipes and practical cooking content. She is the founder of Savour the Slow, a boutique retreat in Puglia, Italy, centred on slow travel, meaningful connection and everyday rituals.
