Daen is a Melbourne-based recipe developer, food stylist, author, content creator, and blogger, whose passion for cooking is deeply rooted in her Spanish and Sicilian heritage. Growing up, her Spanish and Sicilian mum, along with her late Sicilian Nana, taught her the power of food in bringing people together and creating lasting memories.
Daen authored Garlic, Olive Oil + Everything Else, a vibrant cookbook filled with bold, modern Mediterranean recipes. Building on this success, she is currently writing her highly anticipated next cookbook, set for release in 2027—offering an exciting opportunity for integrated brand partnerships in line with the launch.
