After opening a boutique cake business in 2014, she launched Rainbow Nourishments to meet like-minded people and share her love of vegan food. In 2019, she closed her shop to focus on her true love - making vegan recipes accessible to everyone.
Anthea is passionate about sharing wholesome vegan recipes with a twist, is particularly fond of baking and loves to experiment with recipes which are gluten free, refined sugar free and nut-free.
